Payment Methods

1. The website allows for credit card details to be input, the hotel will then ensure that full payment is processed within 24 – 72 hours of the booking being made.
2. Should a credit card payment not be suitable and an invoice is required, guests are to kindly input their details online and forward an email to confer3@lagoonbeachhotel.co.za to request that they receive an invoice – guests are to please forward us any company invoicing details.

Cancellation Policy
These are the terms and conditions noted in the Association Contract.

1. Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to arrival – 0% of the booking total will be applicable.
2. Cancellations received between 60 – 30 days prior to arrival – 1 night’s accommodation charge will be applicable.
3. Cancellations received from 29 day to and including the day of arrival – 100% of the booking total will be applicable.
4. No Shows – No shows on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.

**COVID-19 Cancellation Note: With regards to COVID-19 cancellations received within the cancellation penalty period, should the guest be able to provide the appropriate medical documentation confirming a positive COVID-19 result or that they have been in contact with a positive case and need to isolate – cancellation without charge will be permitted.
